The Clinical Center Director is crucial for maintaining the integrity of Christ-centered counseling services, ensuring top-notch care, ethical standards, and the welfare of clients and counselors alike through their clinical expertise and leadership. This role requires licensure as an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor).
Therapists and associate therapists deliver professional Christ-centered therapy and psychological services in accordance with their training, experience, qualifications, and licensure. Therapists must hold licensure as an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor). Associate therapists must have a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree and under supervision for state licensure to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
The administrative assistant serves as the Impact Christian Counseling center primary point of contact for clients and therapists, both over the phone and in person. They are tasked with maintaining accurate records by gathering and updating information from clients and therapists under the supervision of the Clinical Center Director.
